Shaggy Hairstyles

Shaggy hairstyles never go completely out of fashion. There's something about a cut that gives you the messy-on-purpose look everyone loves (and continues to love.) The angular edges and pieces that move give an attitude of cool and sexy. Shaggy, or "shag", hairstyles are a great solution for people who don't want to spend hours getting ready but still want to look trendy and stylish.

What are Shaggy Hairstyles?

A shaggy style means that you will have layers in your cut, but the amount, length, and severity of the layers can vary greatly - but often are cascading layers - giving the 70's shag haircut look. Layers are often cut to frame your face and the part is most often in the middle. In a shag, the layer farthest away from the crown of the head is usually the longest part of the cut. A good design should have lots of movement and bounce.

Styling these popular designs means mastering the art of keeping it messy and sexy without looking unkempt. Using the right hair products can be the difference between the perfect shag and one that just looks like a mess. Styles typically need to have some gel combed through and a volumizer used at the root before being dried with a blow dryer. Using a round barrel brush while drying can help give the volume it needs. After being dried, should have a little hair wax or similar product applied sparingly to piece out the ends. Finish off with a mist of hairspray and some spray shine.

Shaggy hairstyles look best on hair colors with a lot of depth. Depth can be created with lowlights and highlights. It is important you get a beautician who really knows how to give a good cut. While many stylists have the skills, find someone who has some experience. The shag is a bit more difficult than some might expect. A great cut makes the look much more manageable and easy to style. You will need to go back for a trim often to keep your shaggy hair looking just right.

Most shaggy hairstyles include some sort of bangs that can be custom cut to best compliment your face shape. Never let your hair go flat or look dirty. The key is to look like you didn't try too hard on your hair, but that is still looks amazing.

Punk Hair Goes Wild - Crazy New Hair Styles

Pink, yellow, blue, the American flag and stripes like a zebra. Sounds crazy, but that is a punk hair gallery at its finest. The colors of the rainbow and any color you like can be the inspiration for a rockin' hairstyle and change in a lifestyle. Punk music and punk hair go hand in hand. The music reflects the lifestyle and hair can be versatile and open to change at any time and point in your life.

The punk hair gallery can showcase the changes in your life. A bottle of bleach is all you need to create yourself a new do. Your new neon white hair can now take on dramatic new colors. The hues will glow from inside and outside. You can have have as yellow as the sun or as green as the grass. The world becomes the backdrop for your hair and the scenery can inspire you for life. With the seasons new ideas form for your hair.

With wintertime white is the key. With summer bright pinks, purples and blues look great on hair. Autumn time is good for reds, deep browns and even yellows. Punk art galleries not only include wild hair colors. The hair cut is a major priority for the deep rooted punk hairstyle and lifestyle.

Punk hair cuts are varied in length and all around craziness. Of course, we all are aware of the infamous mohawk. This is classic punk style at its finest. Mohawks can be liberty spikes, short spikes or even one big fanned out piece of greatness. This style requires time, patience and a lot of hairspray or glue, but it is worth it. The alter mohawk would be the style known as a fauxhawk. This style works in conservative arenas. It can combed down to look normal and spiked when the time is right. It is not really punk, but it can work, plus you do not have to shave off so much hair. Remember punk hair styles can be long on one side and short on the other, or spiked out to death. Punk is an expression of creativity and you make it your own.

A punk hair gallery is appealing to the eyes. It makes you gasp in awe and at the same time you want to create your own hair creation. Punk is raw, edgy and extreme. It takes life by the hair and takes you for a ride. No prisoners as they say. Hair this extreme deserves hair color like no other and a cut that is one of a kind. The unusual and thought provoking are the words that punk hair stands for. If people do not like it, who cares? You do this style to pay homage to the music and fashion that changed the whole world forever and we thank everyone who sports the punk look for that. The world would be less colorful and crazy without them. What a dark place to be? Paint the world your own with a look that the punk community can appreciate.
Punk hair model in this highly liked by some young children may be an eccentric hairstyle which as a social force of the present if you like this hair please see some examples on this blog ok ...

Smoothing Gel - How to Smooth and Straighten Curly and Long Hairstyles

If you've been looking for how to straighten curly and long hairstyles, using a smoothing gel might be your answer. Smoothing gels help straighten curly or frizzy hair while adding soft control and volume.

Designed to straighten hair, smoothing gels generally have a combination of smoothing for frizz and damage as well as thickening agents to improve fullness and body.

Straightening Curly Hair

As a hair products manufacturer, we are asked by customers daily how to straighten curly hair and smooth frizziness. Flat irons, color treatments, ad perms depleted hair of protein structure and moisture. The result is hair that lacks body, is prone to frizz and damage, and lacks elasticity and bonding to keep hair straight. Our recommendation is to use a smoothing and thickening gel (styling aid) to reduce waves and curls and gently straighten.

Smoothing gels were developed for curly or frizzy hair that needs to be smoothed and still have fullness and body. Applied to wet hair, they use advanced hair care formulation with copolymers, natural glycerides and gentle parabens that relax protein bonds and reposition for straightened hair and reduced frizz.

Long and curly hairstyles in particular gain significant benefits in that both are prone to breaking and roughness. Smoothing helps reduce damage while improving styling. Natural polymers coat the follicle shaft increasing smoothness and receptivity to combing and brushing - lowering static while providing manageable texture and volume.

Long hairstyles require moisture and volumizing due to the weight of the hair leaving it flat and lifeless. Light-weight volume can be infused into the follicle shaft offering "just enough" volume without giving-up up control or style.

Hairstyles for Fine Straight Hair

Smoothing and volumizing gels are especially beneficial for fine straight hairstyles. Often plagued with lack of body and "control-ability", fine hair is often limp and lifeless - laying flat to the head and lacking style. Smoothing gels not only protect the straightness, but infuse topical moisture to add body without weighing down. Texture, structure and dimension are added to allow for increased flexibility and control.

If you're looking for solutions on how to straighten long and curly hairstyles, a smoothing and volumizing gel can help tremendously. Developed with advanced polymers for healthy hair, you gain smoothness and volume for beautiful, straight hair.

Emo Hair And Fashion

Emo hair styles are strongly related to the traditional punk hairstyles from the 80s. More recently however the emo type has developed a more fixed type of view and its own fashion with it.

The emo hair styles vary everytime depending on the person wearing it. More than one factors must be taken into account; for example if someone in gothic clothes tries to pull an emo hair style, they might not be considered emo at all. Therefore, the clothing, skin piercing, tatoos and other features will also help in distinguishing between different people.

However, there are numerous characteristics that emo styles have in common:

* Bright and deep colours, particularly brought into view by highlights or long bangs. The highlights are often in contrast with the background of the rest of the hair. Most emo girls or boys dye their hair black or a gradient of brown/ black. In some emo girls, lighter colours such as white blonde, purple and green are very common and they do look attractive indeed.

* Emo hair styles also tend to be more loose and have no restraints. Let's take the bangs haircut for boys - in this example, the hair is simply left to model around the side of the face without any elastic bands or clips; this also stands true for girls.

* The most important factor and one that definitely a lot of boys who want to look emo have adopted are the long/ large side bangs. These usually hide either the left or right eye and consequently cover the side of the face, while on the other side the hair is cut shorter. The direction of the hair is also towards the side with the bangs as to create a mono directional type of haircut.

* The fourth factor on my list is a deliberately messy look! This look is always individual and therefore reflects a user personality and style! Others should never be copied no matter how good you think their emo haircuts look! Always try to impose your own emo hair style and style in general.

At the end of this article, you must also remember that being emo is not all about your hairstyle. Sure, you can have an emo hair style but you will also eventually have to change your fashion and style. Lastly, remember that it's all about having fun and showing your personality to the world!

This hairstyle longer trend among young people because of its style and unique Unk lovers hair this may not be familiar to many who make a haircut like this and if you are one fan's hair model was no one you see my blog, and here I am showing one example of the haircut you might be able to copy ...
